Im eager to hear from you again. I lived there from 1955 70 and small pieces of aircraft were constantly being unearthed when the field just opposite the farm entrance was ploughed. Wondered if anyone has any info on a crash that occurred on 27/08/1944 one mile n/w of Stowmarket in which my wifes father was killed. The land owner who owns the field where it crashed had one of the propeller blades go up his potato harvester, still intact and with paint still on it.
